The people over at Little Airplane Productions say that there are no plans to release Oobi on DVD anytime soon.
My 2 year old has become obsessed with the show so I have created two DVDs so far containing six episodes each. (That's actually 12 stories per disc as each episode contains 2 stories.) My goal is to create a four disc set with over 8 1/2 hours of Oobi fun.
